Nightmares in NYC is more than just a short film to me. This film has been one of my true personal experiences that I unfortunately had to go through and I wish no one should have to go through this due to their looks. Note I said "one" of my true personal experiences. Things were going so crazy that I couldn't go out to rent a movie with out being searched. I was locked up for five and half hours for a bad headlight. I didn't find much help around unless I dropped a few thousands of dollars for a good lawyer. So I thought I should share my story with everyone else through my work. Most people that go through racial profiling are afraid to speak up due to fear that comes from federal agents and other law enforcement agencies. I am told the same to keep my head down and mouth shut everything is going to be alright. As far as I understand I was born free and I will live a free life.

Short documentary about the lost continent of Lemuria (aka Hiva, Mu, Pacifica) taken from the classic anime called The Mysterious Cities of Gold (Taiyo No Ko Esteban, Les MystÃ©rieuses CitÃ©s D'or). Many cultures from all over the Pacific make reference to this land. Here are just a few: The legends of Easter Island speak of Hiva, which sank beneath the waves as people fled, while one Samoan legend calls a similar place Poluto. The Maoris of New Zealand still talk about arriving long ago from a sinking island called Hawaiki, a vast and mountainous place on the other side of the water. The myths and traditions of India abound with references. The Rig Veda speaks of "the three continents that were"; the third was home to a race called the Danavas. A land called Rutas was an immense continent far to the east of India and home to a race of sun-worshippers. But Rutas was torn asunder by a volcanic upheaval and sent to the ocean depths. Fragments remained as Indonesia and the Pacific islands, and a few survivors reached India, where they became the elite Brahman caste. Hopi Legend - On the bottom of the seas lie all the proud cities, the flying patuwvotas [shields] and the worldly treasures corrupted with evil. Faced with disaster, some people hid inside the earth while others escaped by crossing the ocean on reed rafts, using the islands as stepping-stones. The same story of escape to dry land appears in the Popol Vuh - the Mayan story of creation. Augustus Le Plongeon, (1826-1908) a 19th century researcher and writer who conducted investigations of the Maya ruins in the Yucatan announced that he had translated ancient Mayan writings, which allegedly showed that the Maya of Yucatan were older than the later civilizations of Atlantis and Egypt, and additionally told the story of an even older continent of Mu, whose survivors founded the Maya civilization. Later students of the Ancient Maya writings argue that Le Plongeon's "translations" were based on little more than his vivid imagination. The 1962 India China War - Part 4

The India China war of 1962 part 1 is presented by Parag shah of Global Mavericks his video magazine using clips of the 1963 film 'Haqeeqat' war documentary of actual events that occurred in the conflict. In 1962 China invades India's northern region of Ladakh. Indian border outposts are overrun by the massive heavily armed Chinese Red Army supported by artillery in a surprise attack. The small lightly armed Indian units guarding the outposts fight valiantly against overwhelming odds but are eventually overrun and forced to retreat. The Chinese are eventually held back when the Indians regroup and counter attack. China till present day still occupies the captured region belonging to India. Background pre-1962 War British leave India and her administered territories. Tibet once under British India trust is invaded by communist China in 1950's. Tibet government in exile is formed in India. Tibet has always had strong cultural and religious ties to North eastern border states of India, and the Hindu kingdom of Nepal. India supports the freedom of Tibet from Chinese occupation. China and India make diplomatic moves in peace talks for the freedom of Tibet and human rights for the Tibetans. Several months before the India China conflict; Chinese leadership including Mao visit India for the beginning of warmer ties between the two countries. The deception of Chinese true intent becomes clear when Chinese troops attempt to provoke Indian frontier outpost units into a firefight. India restrains. China eventually invades, capturing Indian territory. Present day India claims the removal of Chinese troops from the occupied territory of India and the freedom of Tibet. India wants human rights violation and eradication of Tibetan culture by the Chinese occupiers to stop immediately. The repatriation of the Tibetan government and Dali Lama to control of their homeland. Other notes China had Invaded India. India U.S. relations were at its height. U.S. President Kennedy gave unconditional support to India. Prime Minister Nehru and President Kennedy developed strong relations, unfortunately the full and potential Indo-U.S. relations were never realized due to the Assassination of President Kennedy along width eventual geo-political shifts of administrations and policy. I went along to the Sarai Independent Fellows 2006 workshops last weekend (26-27/08) @ Sarai, CSDS, New Delhi. Sorry for spelling errors! Such as 'Ghandi' in the beginning and the end of the video instead of 'Gandhi' (notice the H). Also, In the end credits, Muhatma means great soul, this was not Gandhi's name. His name was Mahatma Gandhi. He never wanted to be known as Muhatma, but the people of India insisted. They worshiped him like a saint! About this Video- A summary on Mahatma Gandhi's accomplishments in a short 5 minute and 39 second documentary. I created this for my Global Studies class.
